Entering my coaching
relationship with you was a pivotal point in my life. Granted I did the
research to find a good life coach by researching online the criteria,
and following my instinct after interviewing a few other life coaches.
You helped me clarify what I wanted out of life and what was holding me
back. You provided me with the necessary reading material, guidelines
for my own self observation; meditation, and the feedback required for
me to see my own potential, and on how my way of being that was not
serving me in a positive light. After time I've evolved into a better
way of being, feeling and accomplishing the things that matter to me in
my life. Building this foundation for my life was necessary so that I
now am able to work toward a focused and fulfilling life.

I worked with Kathy for 1
year as my personal life/ mentor coach and I learned more about life
from her than any teacher or class. She is wise beyond her years, very
compassionate yet makes you responsible for your own self-awareness and
improvement. Kathy allows you to "break through" any of the false
barriers one has built for themself and makes you stretch to really
achieve your goals. She is the type of person who improves everyone
around her. Words cannot express my appreciation for the good work
achieved on her account nor a sufficient recommendation or endorsement
that truly reflects her positive impact on ones life.

Kathy Igoe is a life coach
that really knows how to LISTEN to you and use her skills and knowledge
base pertaining to life coaching to assist you. She simply will help you
find out what you are seeking via her coaching style and suggestions
should YOU decide to act on that advice. Kathy was able to help me
understand that I am ultimately responsible for learning and
understanding what my needs and desires are pertaining to my life and
its' unfolding. That "gift" of understanding is one that a price can't
be placed on! Kathy will assist you as long as you also wish to help
yourself. She has lived enough life to know HOW to best assist those
that seek her professional services. I can't think of a better
definition that can describe what a life coach can potentially do for a
person. Therefore, please do seek out her services should you need a
life coach. I believe you would be hard pressed to find someone better
than she is at it.
